The San Antonio District 9 Senior Center project is a new 26,300 square foot facility will consist of a satellite Council Office, multi-purpose rooms, classrooms for arts, crafts and computers, dining room, warming kitchen, exercise and dance facilities, meeting rooms, staff offices and a health screening and lounge areas. The site improvements outside this facility will include parking for approximately 200 vehicles of which 38 will be ADA accessible and up to 10 electric vehicle charging spaces, sidewalks, access drives, turning lanes and vehicular drop off areas, landscaping, and outdoor activity spaces.
