Nunnelly partnered with Endeavors as the Construction Manager (CM) to provide preconstruction and construction services for this project. This project included a complete renovation to an existing structure to adapt and reuse this facility to house and provide for children in need. This 13,000 sq. ft. facility included dormitory space, food prep, administrative support, and misc. site improvements.
