ESC Region 20 Campus Renovations was a complexmulti-phased project completed on an active site. Nunnelly was able tosuccessfully manage the completion of this project which included a new LifeSciences Building #7, renovations to existing Buildings 1, 4, & 6 and alsoincluded improvements to site drainage, landscaping, and parking.
Building#7 incorporated a suspended slab with a crawlspace and was a pre-engineeredmetal building structure clad with split-face architectural block and metalpanels. Interior spaces incorporated high traffic epoxy floors and specializedtemperature and containment systems to house live animals for staff lifescience training.
